A Bit About Me
My name is Jimmy Lee, and I am based in NYC. I started my career in finance with Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. I am an organizational leader, trusted strategist, and proven operator with over twenty years of experience in nonprofit leadership.
I have worked with organizations ranging in size and life-cycle (start-up to 75+ years old), with diverse missions (anti-human trafficking, global health, spiritual well-being) and broad leadership responsibilities (executive director; senior roles focused on revenue generation, strategy, operations; board chair).

Lead a community foundation’s strategy to leverage the power of its network to accelerate and scale impact to reduce food insecurity in NYC. Develop proof of concept, create long-term vision, develop a case for support, and establish a blueprint for other issue areas. 12 month engagement.
Leadership Team Mentorship
Work with Senior Leadership Team during transition to a new President. Focusing on guidance to interim President, coaching Chief Development Officer, liaising with select external partners, and providing insight to the Board of Directors. 12 month engagement.
